S Sriram : The company is managed and founded by Mr. S Sriram a pioneer and visionary in the area of developing systems and technology in the financial sector. He was instrumental in planning, developing and building the entire system architecture of one of India’s largest and leading brokerage houses and was also a key member of their top management team. Here he was responsible for the group’s technology and strategy initiatives.

Vipin Bokariya : Vipin comes to Xtremsoft from ILFS Investmart and India Infoline bringing with him extensive knowledge of broking business domain and managing projects. At ILFS Investmart, Vipin was part of PMO team responsible for developing business requirements and project management of various software initiatives. Prior to ILFS, Vipin was with India Infoline, where he was responsible for developing and managing software for distribution business and financial accounting. Vipin started his career with SMIFS Securities as System Analyst.

Sunil Bagade : Sunil comes to XtremSoft from Agility Software Solutions, bringing with him vast knowledge of programming in Microsoft Technologies. At Agility Sunil as Project Manager, was responsible for managing several software projects for overseas clients.

The above team is ably supported by Programmers, Project Managers, System Analysts and Testers. Programmers are typically with 0-3 years experience and hold a bachelors degree in Engineering or a Masters degree in Computer Applications. Project Managers have 3-5 years experience in programming. System Analysts would have in-depth domain knowledge in Broking/ Financial Services.
